Le Noyer has a fully fitted kitchen complete with full cooker, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, fridge with freezer compartment, iron and ironing board. Plenty of crockery and glasses are provided, in fact everything you should need for your holiday catering. The lounge/diner is comfortably furnished with a large sofa and has a radio/cassette/CD player and a small selection of books.

Wooden open tread stairs from the lounge lead up to a spacious double bedroom, having a vaulted ceiling displaying the fine original beams. The bedroom is fully carpeted and furnished with a solid pine double bed, wardrobe and ample drawer space, pretty bed linen is provided and changed weekly. The en-suite has a shower cubicle, vanity unit and W.C.

A door from the kitchen area leads out to the rear of Le Noyer where there is a private patio complete with table and chairs and a gas bar-b-que. The patio looks out onto a large grassed area and a small lake, the grassed area leads into our own woodland where you are free to roam as you please.
